  • KPI Strategy

    It all begins understanding the goals and having a clear marketing plan. With the strategy and tactics understood, a KPI plan can be written. This plan is always being updated as new channels are used and campaigns are launched.

  • Google Analytics

    When it comes to tracking metrics, Google Analytics continues to be one of my favorites. Other platforms also become essential if using Apps. While I can navigate around GA, I typically have a data master/developer on my team who can implement a custom dashboard and provide data reports I can use to optimize efforts.

  • Optimization

    Collecting data doesn’t matter if you don’t use it to optimize the efforts. Similar to being a parent and using Love & Logic, one must learn how to A/B test effectively.
