Google Analytics
When it comes to tracking metrics, Google Analytics continues to be one of my favorites. Other platforms also become essential if using Apps. While I can navigate around GA, I typically have a data master/developer on my team who can implement a custom dashboard and provide data reports I can use to optimize efforts.
